Maki with Alaska Salmon Roe and Avocado

This make at home sushi roll is a great way to try salmon roe!

Ingredients
- 3 nori sheets
- 1 1/2 cups sushi rice
- 3 tablespoons rice vinegar
- 1/2 avocado
- 4 1/2 ounces Alaska salmon roe
Preparation

Step 1 Prepare the rice
Rinse the sushi rice 2-3 times in a sieve, then prepare according to package. When the rice is cooked, add the rice vinegar and stir. Allow the rice to cool.

Step 2 Make maki rolls
Place a nori sheet on a sushi mat. Wet your fingers with cold water and cover the sheet with a thin layer of rice, leaving a 1/4-inch strip at the top.
Cut avocado lengthwise into strips and place them in the center of the sheet. Right next to it, form a second strip with salmon roe.
Roll up the roll tightly. Then cut the makis with a wet knife.
